The 2022 LPL Spring split will finish with a belter of a grand final between Royal Never Give Up and Top Esports on Saturday, April 23. Can Top Esports overturn the result from the upper bracket final or will Royal Never Give Up continue their unbeaten run through the playoffs?<\/p>\n

RNG are undefeated throughout these 2022 LPL Spring playoffs, winning both of their series against JD Gaming (3-2) and Top Esports (3-1). Their deadly duo of Li “Xiaohu” Yuan-Hao in the mid-lane and Yan “Wei” Yang-Wei in the jungle have shown their experience and obvious high level of skill throughout these playoffs for RNG. They also have their young up and coming AD carry, Chen “GALA” Wei, who is still finding his feet at the professional level whilst performing to a very high standard. RNG will be very happy with what they are seeing from this roster that they had only put together four months ago. <\/p>\n

RNG beat TES last time they met in the upper bracket final, with RNG going straight through to this grand final. Even though RNG won the series 3-1, they did not have an answer to the dominance of TES mid-laner Zhuo “knight” Ding, with his ability to take control of his lane and then roam and have an impact across the map. If RNG are going to beat TES again in the biggest game of the season, they will need to find a way to stop \u201cknight\u201d from having such a massive influence on the result.<\/p>\n

HOW TO BET ON LEAGUE OF LEGENDS<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

Top Esports have only lost one series throughout these playoffs, and that was the last time they played RNG. Outside of that loss, TES defeated Bilibili Gaming (3-1), LNG Esports (3-0) and Victory Five twice (3-2, 3-1) to earn their spot in the grand final.<\/p>\n

TES’s best player so far these playoffs has to be \u201cknight\u201d, who will be the MVP of the playoffs if TES are to win this series and take out the LPL Spring split. \u201cKnight\u201d owns the playoff-high 8.1 KDA over their five series, amassing an outstanding 101 kills – 38 more than second place.<\/p>\n

Even though \u201cknight\u201d is TES’s best and most influential player, top-laner Huang “Wayward” Ren-Xing and jungler Gao “Tian” Tian-Liang were massive and took over for TES in their 3-1 domination of Victory Five in the lower bracket final. Both of \u201cWayward\u201d and \u201cTian\u201d were amazing, with \u201cWayward\u201d amassing a 7.6 KDA over maps three and four, and \u201cTian\u201d having an unbelievable 28 KDA over the last two maps to secure the win for TES.<\/p>\n
