Another week of esports kicks off on March 3, 2025, with Counter-Strike 2 taking centre stage.

The 21st season of the ESL Pro League will continue during the week, with the last three rounds of the Swiss Stage scheduled to take place.

Meanwhile, the third PGL Wallachia season and first edition of the Dota 2 event for 2025 will kick off on Saturday, March 8.

  • CS2 ESL Pro League Season 21

    Following the first two rounds of the Swiss Stage at ESL Pro League S21, GamerLegion, M80, SAW and TYLOO have claimed back-to-back wins to top the standings.

    Two of those four squads will advance to Stage 2 of the tournament on Monday, while the other 14 teams will continue to battle it out across rounds three, four and five.

    The Swiss Stage will conclude on Wednesday, March 5, when eight teams advance to Stage 2 of the event in Stockholm, Sweden.

  • PGL Wallachia Season 3

    Esports organiser PGL will host their first Dota 2 event of 2025 when PGL Wallachia Season 3 kicks off on March 8 and runs through March 16 at the PGL Studios in Bucharest, Romania.

    PGL Wallachia champions from 2024, Team Spirit and HEROIC, will seek their second victory at the event as they compete against 14 other organisations in the US$1,000,000 tournament.

    However, Tundra Esports have won two of the first three events to start the year, and they will be a contender once again at PGL Wallachia Season 3.
